In 2009, China surpassed the United States to become Brazil's largest export destination country. In the first half of 2021, bilateral trade has achieved rapid growth, and Pakistan-China cooperation has a “bright future”.
In an exclusive written interview with Xinhua News Agency reporters, Elias Jabre, professor of economics at Rio de Janeiro State University in Brazil, said that trade with China is an important pillar of the operation of Brazil’s economy, and “Brazil-China trade will continue to grow”.
