Hinge Production Workshop

Monthly Output: 5 Million Hinges

We have been engaged in the R&D and manufacturing of furniture hinges for more than 30 years. With over 150 product patents and an EN1935 standard testing center, we specialize in high-load, long-life damping hinges with 80,000 opening-closing cycles. They fit wooden doors, glass doors, aluminum frame doors and other applications.

Our monthly output reaches 5 million pieces. Custom damping force, surface finish and installation specifications are available. The average lead time remains 30-45 days. Our products are exported to more than 80 countries, delivering reliable hardware solutions for global custom home brands.

Slide Rail Production Workshop

Monthly Output: 2 Million Undermount Slides

We focus on R&D and production of furniture slide rails and drawer systems. Our smooth, high-load slide series includes 3-section slides, undermount slides and push-open slides. The monthly capacity of undermount slides hits 2 million pieces with a service life of over 80,000 cycles, suitable for wooden and metal drawers.

Length, damping and installation types can be customized. The stable lead time is 30-45 days, supported by fully automatic production. We provide one-stop customized slide rail service for global clients.

Gas Strut Production Workshop

Monthly Output: 1 Million Gas Struts

AOSITE is equipped with professional air-tightness and load testing machines. Our silent, anti-pinch gas struts support loads from 10kg to 100kg, widely used for flip-up doors, drop-down doors and tatami furniture.

The monthly output is 1 million pieces. Custom stroke, force and installation modes are supported. Lead time is kept at 30-45 days. All items pass the Grade 10 salt spray corrosion test to meet export and high-end customization quality standards.

AOSITE has obtained ISO9001 quality management system certification, fully meets SGS quality inspection standards from Switzerland and holds CE certification. We focus on core products, including hinges and slide rails, strictly complying with European EN1935 standards and domestic QB/T industry standards. We have formulated comprehensive testing criteria to guarantee qualified quality, outstanding durability and full compliance, catering to high-end domestic markets and overseas export business.
