What is EN1935?

EN1935 is a core EU standard for building hardware, formally titled Building hardware - Single-axis hinges - Requirements and test methods. It specifies design, material, mechanical performance, corrosion resistance and corresponding test methods for furniture hardware such as hinges, serving as the key compliance document for accessing the European market.

Full-process Inspection Mechanism

Our products have passed SGS quality testing issued by European authorities, meet CNAS inspection standards, and strictly comply with the requirements of ISO9001:2008 quality management system. Incoming Raw Material Inspection

We select premium metal raw materials such as 304 stainless steel and high-grade aluminum alloy. Before warehousing, materials go through strict screening, including spectrum analysis and hardness testing.

In-process Patrol Inspection

Multiple key checkpoints are set throughout production. Professional QC inspectors regularly monitor stamping, electroplating, assembly and other processes.

Full Finished Product Inspection

Every finished item undergoes comprehensive, strict tests: 80,000-cycle opening-closing durability test, Grade 10 salt spray corrosion test, load-bearing test and damping performance test. We eliminate all hidden quality risks so only zero-defect goods leave our factory.

Pre-shipment Re-inspection

Random sampling will be conducted before shipment. We verify quantity, specifications, packaging integrity and marking accuracy, and double-check export certificates and test reports.
