5. Fix a hinge on the door frame with two screws.

6. Align the door with the door frame, fix each hinge on the door leaf with two screws, try to open the door leaf, and check whether the clearance is reasonable. Tighten all screws after proper adjustment. Each hinge is fixed with eight screws.

Installation points of stainless steel hinge:

Before installation, check that the hinge matches the door window frame and fan; The hinge groove is matched with the height, width and thickness of the hinge; Whether the hinge is matched with the screws and fasteners connected with it. The connection mode of hinges should match the materials of frames and doors, for example, hinges used for steel frame wooden doors are welded on one side connected with steel frames and fixed with wooden screws on the other side connected with wooden door doors. In case of asymmetry between the two hinge plates, it should be distinguished which one should be connected with the fan and which one should be connected with the door and window frame. The side connected with the three sections of the shaft should be fixed with the frame, and the side connected with the two sections of the shaft should be fixed with the frame. When installing, ensure that the hinge axis on the same door is on the same plumb line, so as to avoid the door and window sash from springing up.
