Uses Of Spring Hinges

It is mainly used for cabinet doors and wardrobe doors. It generally requires a plate thickness of 18-20mm. From the material, it can be divided into: galvanized iron, zinc alloy. In terms of performance, it can be divided into two types: hole punching and no hole punching. No hole is what we call a bridge hinge. The bridge hinge looks like a bridge, so it is commonly called a bridge hinge. It is characterized by no need to drill holes in the door panel, and is not limited by style. Specifications are: small, medium, large. Holes need to be punched, such as spring hinges commonly used on cabinet doors. Its characteristics: the door panel must be punched, the style of the door is limited by the hinge, and the door will not be blown away by the wind when it is closed. There is no need to install various touch spiders. Specifications are: & 26, & 35. Among them are detachable directional hinges and non-detachable non-directional hinges. For example, the 303 series of Longsheng hinges are detachable directional hinges, while the 204 series are non-detachable spring hinges. They can be divided in shape: full cover (or straight arm, straight bend) half cover (or curved arm, middle Bend) The inside (or large bend, large bend) hinge is equipped with adjustment screws, which can adjust the height and thickness of the plate up and down, left and right. The distance between the two screw fixing holes on the hole side is generally 32mm, and the distance between the diameter side and the plate is 4mm . In addition, the spring hinge also has various special specifications, such as: a 45-degree angle hinge on the inside, a 135-degree angle hinge on the outside, and a 175-degree angle hinge.

Regarding the difference between the right angle (straight arm), half bend (half bend), and big bend (large bend) three hinges:

Right-angled hinges allow the door to completely cover the side panels;

The half-bent hinge allows the door panel to cover part of the side panels;

Large curved hinges allow the door panels and side panels to be parallel.
