Half Overlay   Much less common but used where space saving or material cost concerns are most important.  This technique uses the same side panel for two cabinets. 1、 What is cabinet air support

Cabinet air support is used for cabinet component movement, lifting, support, gravity balance and mechanical spring instead of sophisticated equipment. It has been widely used in woodworking machinery. Pneumatic series gas spring is driven by high pressure inert gas, the supporting force is constant in the whole working stroke, and has a buffer mechanism to avoid the impact in place, which is the biggest feature superior to ordinary spring, and has the advantages of convenient installation, safe use and no maintenance.

2、 How it works

The iron pipe is filled with high pressure gas, and there is a through hole on the moving piston to ensure that the pressure in the whole iron pipe will not change with the movement of the piston. The force of the pneumatic support rod is mainly the pressure difference between the iron pipe and the external atmospheric pressure acting on the cross section of the piston rod. The pneumatic support rod is driven by high pressure inert gas, and the support force is stable in the whole working stroke. It also has a buffer mechanism to avoid the impact in place, which is the biggest feature superior to the ordinary support rod. And it has the advantages of convenient installation, safe use and no maintenance. Since the air pressure in the iron pipe is constant and the cross section of the piston rod is fixed, the force of the pneumatic support rod remains stable throughout the stroke.
