Our hinges can achieve Grade 9 rust prevention after salt spray test for 48 hours, and the rust resistance is very good! Fatigue opening and closing reaches the standard of 50,000 times. And the gas spring will be tested and opened and closed 80,000 times with door panel for 24 hours. Slide rails and tatami lifts also need to pass a certain number of opening and closing tests.

How To Choose Your Door Overlays?

Full Overlay The full cover is called straight bending  and straight arms	Door panel covers the side panel The cover is suitable for the cabinet body, which  covers the side panels.
Half Overlay Half cover is also called middle bend  and small arm	Door panel covers half of the side panel The cupboard door covers the side plate, half of  which has doors on both sides of the cabinet.
