New type of hinge - hinge intelligent detection device contributes to quality supervision technology

China's construction industry is developing rapidly, leading to continuous changes in the product categories of hinges. Consumers now seek high-precision, high-efficiency, high-firmness, and multi-functional hinge products. The safety of hinges is of utmost importance as it directly affects the personal safety of consumers.

Currently, many European and American countries have the capacity to test the lifespan performance of hinges. However, in China, there is a lack of testing equipment that meets the requirements of the new standard QB/T4595.1-2013. The existing equipment is outdated and lacks intelligence. The current testing life for hinges is around 40,000 times, and accurate measurements of sinking and precise control of opening angles are not possible.

As hinge types continue to expand, new three-dimensional adjustable hinges and glass hinges have emerged, but there is no corresponding detection equipment in China. To address these challenges, a smart hinge detection device has been developed.

New type of hinge - hinge intelligent detection device contributes to quality supervision technology 1

The American Standard ANSI/BHMAA56.1-2006 divides hinge lifespans into three grades: 250,000 times, 1.50 million times, and 350,000 times. The European Standard EN1935: 2002 allows hinge lifespans of up to 200,000 times. There are significant differences in test methods between these two standards. The Chinese standard QB/T4595.1-2013 specifies three grades for hinge lifespans: 300,000 times for first-grade hinges, 150,000 times for second-grade hinges, and 50,000 times for third-grade hinges. The maximum axial wear should not exceed 1.57mm, and door leaf sinking should not exceed 5mm after the product's lifespan test.

The intelligent detection device for hinges consists of a mechanical system and an electrical control system. The mechanical system includes a mechanical transmission mechanism, a test door configuration, and a clamping mechanism. The electrical control system consists of an upper control system and a bottom control system. The upper control system communicates with the bottom control system to transmit data and monitor the hinge's lifespan in real-time.

The intelligent detection device accurately detects the hinge's lifespan, while allowing adjustable opening angles and precise sinking measurements. It can detect multiple types of hinges using the same device, improving efficiency and optimizing the detection process. The device is reliable, easy to install, and provides accurate and convenient measurement results.

In testing the device using different types of hinges, the equipment performed efficiently and effectively. No visible deformation or damage was observed in the samples after testing. The entire testing process was easy to install, debug, and operate. The intelligent detection device greatly enhances hinge detection capabilities and contributes to quality supervision technology. It can be applied in both detection and production fields, ensuring hinge quality and consumer safety.

In conclusion, the hinge intelligent detection device meets the testing requirements for various types of hinges. It provides a wide range of tests, high intelligence, easy installation, convenient operation, and high accuracy. It significantly improves hinge detection capabilities and positively impacts hinge quality supervision, ensuring product quality and consumer safety.
