However, if you do not visit the factory in person, it may be difficult for the purchaser to judge the factory's true research and development capabilities. Suppliers claim that they can develop new products for you, but actually outsource a lot of design and development work to other suppliers.

The relevant part of the field audit should include the review of the supplier’s own R&D capabilities, including:

*The number of patents owned by the factory and its gold content;

*The ability to develop new concepts and produce new products;

* Create the cycle of required products according to customer needs and ideas.
