3D Hinge

Our common hinges are divided into buffer hinges and universal hinges. The cabinet door with ordinary hinges will be closed immediately when it is closed, because the cabinet body will make a lot of noise when colliding with the cabinet door. Long-term use will cause the hinges to deform or loosen and damage the cabinet door to varying degrees such as paint peeling and cracking.

The buffer hinge has a buffer function when the cabinet door is closed. The cabinet door will be closed slowly to reduce noise and damage to the cabinet door. If there are old people and children in the home, the accident of hand clipping of the cabinet door can be avoided.

After installation, the hinge can be adjusted for simple front-to-back distance between the door panel and the cabinet door. However, the height of the cover plate cannot be adjusted. If the hinge installation deviates from the normal size and is high or low during installation, fine adjustment cannot be performed. Therefore, the hinge belongs to 3D adjustable hinge.

How to adjust in three dimensions:

Front and rear adjustment: adjusting screws can change the clearance between the door panel and the side panel of the cabinet body

Left and right adjustment: adjusting screws can change the coverage of the door panel relative to the side panel of the cabinet body

Up and down adjustment: adjusting screw can correct the vertical and up and down clearance of door panel.

Distance between screw holes/ dowels is 52mm. Center of screws (dowels) is 5.5mm offset from the hinge cup center.
