Good quality hinges should look like this:

1.Feel

Hinges with different advantages and disadvantages will have obviously different handfeel when in use. Hinges with excellent quality have soft strength when opening the cabinet door, and will rebound automatically when closed to 15 degrees, with very uniform resilience. You can compare multiple switch cabinet doors when selecting and purchasing to experience the hand feeling.

2.screws

Use a screwdriver to adjust the upper and lower adjusting screws three to four times with a little force, and then take down the screws to check whether the teeth of the hinge arm are damaged. If the factory does not have enough precision in tapping teeth, it is easy to slip the thread, or it cannot be screwed.

3.assembly

High quality hinge assembly and details are in place. It is usually formed by one punch to form smooth lines. The socket needle treatment is also smooth and compact, so as not to scratch hands. The inferior hinge is the opposite.

4.switching performance

Hinges act as switches. The key is the hydraulic cylinder and spring connection of the hinge. Test Method: Close the hinge gently to see if its speed is smooth. Too fast or too slow may be hydraulic damping or spring quality problems.
