The support rod is an elastic element with gas and liquid as the working medium. It consists of a pressure tube, a piston, a piston rod, and a number of couplings. The interior of the support rod is filled with high-pressure nitrogen. The pressure is equal, but the cross-sectional areas on the two sides of the piston are different. One end is connected to the piston rod and the other end is not. Under the action of gas pressure, the pressure to the side with a small cross-sectional area is generated, that is, the elastic force of the support rod. Set with different nitrogen pressures or piston rods of different diameters. Unlike mechanical springs, the support rod has a nearly linear elastic curve. The elastic coefficient X of the standard support rod is between 1.2 and 1.4. Other parameters can be flexibly defined according to requirements and working conditions.
