How To Use Gas Spring

The type gas spring has a longer length in the free state (small stroke), and can be compressed to a small length (large stroke) after being subjected to external pressure greater than its own thrust. The free-type gas spring has only a compressed state  (two kinds of external pressure and free state), and it cannot lock itself during its stroke. The free-type gas spring mainly plays a supporting role. The principle of the free-type gas spring is that the pressure tube is filled with high-pressure gas, and the moving piston has a through hole to ensure that the pressure in the entire pressure tube will not change with the movement of the piston. The main force of the gas spring is the pressure difference between the pressure tube and the external atmospheric pressure acting on the cross section of the piston rod. Since the air pressure in the pressure tube is basically unchanged, and the cross section of the piston rod is constant, the force of the gas spring remains basically constant during the entire stroke. Free-type gas springs have been widely used in automobiles, construction machinery, printing machinery, textile equipment, tobacco machinery, pharmaceutical equipment and other industries due to their lightness, stable work, convenient operation, and preferential prices.
