These seem to be more subjective than the other requirements of the field audit mentioned above. However, these parts are still very important and should truthfully reflect the following issues:

* Whether employees are professional, respectful and interested in doing business with customers;

*Whether the structure of the factory is reasonable and appropriate, whether there are only dedicated sales, customer support, and financial teams that can maintain communication with customers, process orders and perform other business functions;

*Whether the operation of the factory is orderly and stable;

*Whether employees are cooperative during the on-site audit.

If you encounter a supplier who tries to hinder or affect the audit process, it indicates that the factory may have hidden dangers and may even cause serious negative effects.

In addition, suppliers who do not pay attention to small orders may also postpone the production of large orders. Disharmonious factors in the operation process may indicate that the financial situation of the enterprise is unstable.
